What is it? Learning activities, organised in the framework of a mobility project, for the professional development and training of youth workers and of the organisation to which they belong.AimsTo promote the professional development of workers in this field. To provide learning opportunities for the educational and professional development of youth workers and their organisations.To develop good local youth work practices aimed at enabling and motivating workers to work together with young people on a daily basisTo create communities of youth workers that support the quality of projects and activities for young people in EU programmes.CharacteristicsProjects may be submitted by organisations established in an EU Member State or in a third country associated to the Programme. At least two organisations (or informal groups) from different countries should be involved, one as a sender and one as a receiver.Duration of the project: Between three and 24 monthsDuration of activities: From two to sixty days, excluding travel days. The two days of minimum duration must be consecutive.Participants: Up to a maximum of 50 people. There is no age limit.
